Terms and Conditions:
- The monthly subscription fee of any RTQ Service Plan is calculated on a monthly basis, from the first day of the month or effective date until the end of that month. Any termination before the end of the subscribed month will not be refunded.
- South China Securities Limited (SCS) and South China Commodities Limited (SCC) will deduct the monthly subscription fee from the client’s trading account on the first effective date and thereafter on every first working day of the following month and reserve the right to terminate the RTQ Service Plan of subscribers with negative cash balance on payable date, without prior notice.
- The AAstocks RTQ for HK Stock Market (Mainland China Access only) can only be accessed in Mainland China only.
- SCS will evaluate the total trading turnover amount of the previous month on every first trading day of the following month. If the total monthly turnover amount achieves the minimum monthly trading turnover requirements as set, the monthly subscription fee will be credited to the respective securities trading account.
- The total monthly trading turnover amount does not include IPO application amount, handling fees of IPO application, placement fees, trading brokerage and other market related transaction fees.
- SCS reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any of the RTQ Service Plans and/or amend the Terms and Conditions of the RTQ Service Plans, at any time without any prior notice.
- All RTQ subscriptions will be automatically renewed for the following month unless the client provides a termination notice for the subscribed RTQ Service Plan.
- To change or terminate any of the RTQ subscription, inform your Account Executive before the last trading of the month, by 12Noon, otherwise the RTQ subscription will be automatically renewed and will not be refunded.

- All Quote data displayed without real time quote is at least 15-minutes delayed.
Level 1 Bundle: Real Time with BID and ASK only
Level 1 Bundle: Real Time with BID and ASK only - The monthly subscription fee of any RTQ Service Plan is calculated on a monthly basis, from the first day of the month or effective date until the end of that month. Any termination before the end of the subscribed month will not be refunded.

- The AAstocks RTQ for HK Stock Market (PRC Plan) can only be accessed in Mainland China (excluded HK and Macau) and is inaccessible to regions outside Mainland China.
- To terminate any RTQ subscriptions, notify your Account Executive before the last trading day of the month, by 12Noon, otherwise the RTQ subscription will be automatically renewed and will not be refunded.
- SCS / SCC reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any of the RTQ Service Plans and/or amend the Terms and Conditions of the RTQ Service Plans, at any time without any prior notice
