Account Executive
Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and excellent services to customers
- Acquire and cultivate new and existing customer relationship
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of securities and futures dealing experience in financial industry
- Holder of SFC license type 1&2
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
(Fresh university graduates or candidates with less experience will also be considered.)

Credit Risk Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the documentation of onboarding new client and data maintenance of existing client in compliance with the related procedures and guidelines
- Maintain the client information with accuracy and up to date in system
- Prepare margin call report and follow up with Account Executive
- Conduct credit assessment and evaluation on credit limit application
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Finance, Business or related disciplines or other relevant qualifications;
- At least 1-2 years' relevant experience in risk management and credit control in securities firms;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word and Excel
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Officer
- Immediate availability is preferred.

Vice President / Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance
Responsibilities:
- Prepare pitch books, valuation analyses, and financial models.
- Conduct financial due diligence for potential investment opportunities and other transactions.
- Execute and manage corporate finance projects, with a primary focus on IPOs and M&A.
- Manage internal approval processes and coordinate due diligence.
- Liaise effectively with professional parties (e.g., legal, accounting) and regulatory authorities.
- Handle ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A recognized university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA or CFA are highly preferred.
- 5-7+ years of relevant corporate finance experience, with a strong working knowledge of the Listing Rules and the Takeovers Code.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Diligent, detail-oriented, and a proactive learner with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is essential.
- Short notice period is preferred.
